The services provided are for preventive maintenance only, no repairs services are included .
The Total COST IS $89.00 a year and includes the trip charge of $89.00 to go out and there is no fee for the following services below.
Check the balance of your garage door.
Adjustments to your garage door springs.
Check the garage door alignment.
Inspection and service all hinges and rollers
Inspect for frayed torsion cables.
Adjust the open and close limits on your opener.
Adjust the force limits on the opener.
Inspect batteries on the garage door opener remotes.
Reprogram garage door remotes and exterior wireless keypads.
Check the receiver board and transmitter signal .
Adjust chain or belt on garage door openers.
Lube all components of garage door and garage door opener.
